ABOUT
Since I was a little boy playing with my collection of over 300 beanie babies, I've loved telling stories. Now, as an actor & filmmaker, I aspire to tell stories for others. Because, to me, there's nothing more fulfilling that being part of a production that's so intimate, vulnerable and playful that it brings the audience to life. And, be it through laughter or tears, reminds them that we're all connected. That we're all kids at heart.
My idealistic & adventurous sense of self started in Phoenix, Arizona. As a desert boy, I played baseball growing up and spent as much time outside as possible. I took the plunge and moved to NYC from Phoenix, AZ, in 2010 to attend NYU, where I simultaneously studied writing and found my passion for acting.
Upon graduating college, I sought out acting school. And subsequently attended NYU's Stonestreet Studio. From there, I went on to study for a year at the Lee Strasberg Theatre & Film Institute. Most recently, I finished up a 2-year graduate level professional acting training program at Maggie Flanigan Studio, which- under the tutelage of Karen Chamberlain and Charlie Sandlan- I can honestly say changed my life.
Over the past few years, I've acted in over half-a-dozen different films. I've also made two short films of my own. I starred, produced and wrote a short horror film, 'Getaway,' set up in the Canadian woods. It premiered at The Yonkers Film Festival 2018 and went on to play at several festival throughout the U.S. and Canada. My most recent film, 'I Want You Baby,' is out for submission to film festivals now. And we'll be available online some time in 2020.
Aside from acting, I've worked as a freelance headshot photographer and in the creative department at the Oscar-winning film financier, Worldview Entertainment. And, from my time as a barista & bartender, I can make latte art and talk to you about beers until the sun goes down. I live in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, with my girlfriend, cat, and two dogs. When I'm not making art or taking care of my critters, you'll most likely find me in the back of a movie theatre. I saw over 60 films in theaters last year. And thus, I definitely contributed to the fall of Moviepass.
